Finally getting some warm weather!!! The ice still remains on the lakes, but it can't be too long before it's gone! Obviously, it's been a strange and long late winter and early spring. Take care, dollarwatcher.

Ziggy, I lived in Hackensack, and was born in Kearny. I haven't been back in Jersey since 1972. I do talk to friends in Hackensack, and when things settle down, I'll see how their doing. Glad you didn't lose power, WHAT A BUMMER IF YOU HAD TO LOSE IT FOR SEVERAL DAYS!!! Can't imagine not having that convenience for 3-4 days. Take care Ziggy

Thanks for being buddies. Thanks for the concern. We made it through the storm with some shingles off the garage roof, some siding off the garage side of the house and a tree that fell in the front lawn. Thank God we didn't loss power. I would not want to go through with that again. We live about 10 miles South of Trenton. Where did you live? Take care.

Hi Rick, was up your way last Sat to visit and look at a house. Had salt on the roads on 47 from Monico all the way up there. Even 70 West. Visited an old neighbor on Squirrel Lk Rd and he had some form of frozed ice pellets on his steps. The roads were OK, just wet, but had to wash the car when I got back to Antigo. Looking to maybe move back up there. Looked at a few places near St Germain. Prices haven't come down a bit up that way but property taxes are cheap compaired to down here. At my age (67) I'm almost thinking of renting. 17 got ripped off with crashes from Vickers last Sunday. I see payback coming up. Take care, PAUL
