Please note that the huge Whiting Indiana Oil Refinery is undergoing a $4 Billion Expansion to handle MORE heavy Canadian Crude, Marathon Detroit is undergoing a $2 billion expansion and so is Wood River Illinois. Those are the ones I know about. SO- YES there are many Midwest Oil Refineries being readied for MORE Canadian crude oil.
