Wrong on a few points there as well.
1st. Only bitumen will be pumped through that pipeline IF it is built, NOT GAS, as gasoline is already refined and it wouldn't make sense to pollute a refined product with a raw product.
2nd. The oil that is finally piped to Texas, and sold to Texas at the same price they buy US oil, would be refined in IN TEXAS by US REFINERS then sold to the other markets, making money for the US REFINERS.
If you think that would be bad for the US then you really need to rethink your thinking.
