Sad thing is that I am right. They as most bureaucrats have screwed-up our country for their OWN job security. Kind of like having a mother-in-law living in your house telling you how SHE wants the house to operate. Agree?

Pssttt, while this is directly related to the "move of the Jet Stream winds" 1,000 miles further north than typical this time of year. It may well be a preview for else nature has in store for the globe.

As I understand it the jet stream we usually experience is 1,000 miles of Chicago area this year ... hence the wicked results in eastern europe, etc.
Some plants are actually beginning to bud. Truly amazing

How's the winter weather this year? ... it's been spring time in northeastern IL with temps only getting dn usual ranges maybe a dozen days here and there.
Otherwise high 30s-mid 40s and HIGHER still.
