I still don't get why the credit is safer if all you have to do is enter your zip code that would be easier for a thief than figuring out a pin wouldn't it?

Not supporting NASA is a very narrow minded attitude with little insight or knowledge of the benefits of NASA. NASA has developed thousands of products that we now enjoy and benefit from. If NASA was a private enterprise and had the patents on there products they would be very wealthy. NASA is required to support and give technology that they have developed to the public free. A large amount of medical equipment has been made based on NASA technology and that benefits all of us. A great deal of computers, communication equipment etc has been developed using NASA technology.
