If you mean that there are always risks associated with every energy production, you're right. The preferred goal for governments and corporations must be to minimize these risks, especially as they pertain to health, life and the environment. Fracking pollutes, both in air and water pollution. Yet, even these risks can be minimized except massive profits now out way safety.
