Kind of funny how by urging people to use the app instead of the website, GasBuddy is kind of neutering their other pet project, GasBuddy Direct. Everyone gets their logo on the maps of the app.

I don't think that there's any charge for a station/group to participate in the GasBuddy direct program. The one involving logos is a step up, and has charges for it.

Alternate fuels: probably not. In the meantime, you could see if you can find an existing topic in your local forum for posting those prices; if not, then you could start one.

Logos: those brands have an agreement to use "GasBuddy Direct" to report the prices directly to Gasbuddy, and the site displays their logo instead of the default symbol.
