This is way off, and doesn't make ANY sense whatsoever.....(I took a screenshot of the logbook, copy and paste link please, and help??)

This is aggravating and doesn't make any sense whatsoever. Can someone help me here?

Yep, that fixed it. I suppose I should have paid more attention to that, lol. Had to backtrace and figure out how many miles were on it at each fuel up, but I got it. Thanks! :)

It appears that you are entering everything correctly except for the "Odometer Reading" entry box. The number that should be entered in that space is the actual total mileage of the vehicle that appears on the odometer (not the trip meter.) Also, when entering a new fuel purchase, enter:

Station Other Station (Optional)
Date
Price paid ( $/G) (e.g. US: 2.149, CAN: 96.9)

****THEN -- SKIP OVER THE "GALLONS PURCHASED" BOX***** (Program will compute this figure for you -- I use it to double-check the figure that is showing on my station fuel purchase receipt)

***THEN RESUME ENTERING.....
Total Cost
Odometer Reading (Total)
Comments
Filled Tank?
Missed Previous Fill?
