I only check my alignment when I purchase tires. Just wondering what other owners do.

I purchase Firestone's life time alignment and have it checked every time I rotate the tires (6000 miles).

I keep an eye on my car's tire wear & if uneven, check/fix the alignment.

You can pretty much judge if the steering wheel is in true alignment and your tires aren't wearing uneven, then the vehicle is in alignment. Also if it isn't pulling to the left or right it is in alignment.

I'm very bad with that... but I try to get it done once a year and I get my tires rotated with oil change.

I only check it if handling or tire wear warrants. Otherwise I do an alignment when I buy new tires.

it depends on my driving, here in Moab I have vehicles that go offroad all the time. some of hour highways are real bad in spots, so my I checked usually annually maybe more depending on handling and wear.

only when there's a weird tire tread wear pattern going on... as donut pointed out, from hitting curbs, potholes, etc...

other than that, i haven't performed an alignment job on my commuter car for over 5 years because the roads i drive on are nice flat blacktops!

If your not a curb slammer, don't own an independant rear suspension vehicle, don't park with wheels rolling into parking stops, or drive over lot speed humps 15+ mph.Just maybe a new tire replacement time is the only needed check for alignment.

Cross that mentioned off,if a teen drives your vehicle regularly,(16yr.---25een)some cases, and Yes some wifes have trophies for pothole smackers.

If it's a your car,their car,rentel,off roader,probably no worries.

I consider my town the worst for low/high man-hole covers,THEY can't ever get them right(10%)HMmmmm..... LOL
